EASY-TO-USE INSTRUCTIONS:
Testing is straightforward and requires minimal effort:

1. Prepare the Test:
2. Open the pouch along the notch, ensuring the test strip does not get exposed to air.

3. Remove the strip from the pouch immediately.

4. Sample Immersion:

5. Dip the strip into the liquid sample, with the arrow pointing towards the liquid.

6. Ensure the strip is fully submerged; this step should take no more than 10 seconds.

7. Remove and Place:

8. Quickly remove the strip after 10 seconds.

9. Place the strip on a clean, dry, and non-absorbent surface for reading.

10. Read Results:

11. Read the results at 5 minutes, as they remain stable for up to 30 minutes.

RESULTS VARIANTS

PRELIMINARY POSITIVE (+):
A rose-pink band appears in the control region, but no colored band is visible in the test region. This indicates a preliminary positive result, requiring further confirmation at a lab.

NEGATIVE (-):
A rose-pink band appears in both the control and test regions, indicating the absence of XYL in the sample or a level that is undetectable by this test.

INVALID RESULT:
If a color band is not visible in the control region, or if a color band is visible only in the test region, the test is invalid. Repeat the test with a new strip for accurate results.

TEMPORAL REQUIREMENTS

ROOM TEMPERATURE:
Ensure the testing environment is between 59-86°F (15-30°C) for optimal performance.
